White Chocolate & Strawberries

White Chocolate & Strawberries on Cake Central

This taught me to NEVER take short cuts! As per the styrofoam dummy you can plainly see. Arrggg. I will be doing a do over.I originally wanted to do red roses around each tier (think I still will) that would've disguised the dummy. I thought the chocolate was going to be taller. Oh well. Lesson learned. Good thing it was only for photo purposes!~

If you don't mind me asking, are the dummies 6", 10" and 14"? It looks like it probably took around 3 boxes to cover - is that about right? It looks great btw!

I wouldn't have known they were dummies if you hadn't told us. I think it's beautiful and looks like a lot of work!

If you want to hide the dummy you can just fill the space on each layer with white chocolate shavings. I've seen this done on lots of this type of cake. Yours looks great!
