White Chocolate & Strawberries
This taught me to NEVER take short cuts! As per the styrofoam dummy you can plainly see. Arrggg. I will be doing a do over.I originally wanted to do red roses around each tier (think I still will) that would've disguised the dummy. I thought the chocolate was going to be taller. Oh well. Lesson learned. Good thing it was only for photo purposes!~
i didnt see tha dummy until yuo said it and i went back to look. how did you do the chocolate..plese tell.
If you don't mind me asking, are the dummies 6", 10" and 14"? It looks like it probably took around 3 boxes to cover - is that about right? It looks great btw!
Pretty~
u can't really tell it's a dummy in the picture--very pretty design-love it-where'd u get the choc curls?
awesome presentation. I don't see anything wrong. was it hard to make all those curls?
I think it looks wonderful!! You did an awesome job with it!!
This is a beautiful work of art...where did you get the chocolate cigarrettes? congratulations.
pastry chef . com.........i could never have made them! i loved nati's cakes and hers are so much better looking handmade. kudos to her!!
very nice spotty. Some how again I know this was yours. I just love your cakes. I can not tell its dummies.
thanks a lot for the info. I will check the page
I wouldn't have known they were dummies if you hadn't told us. I think it's beautiful and looks like a lot of work!
Wow...all I can say is WOW!!!! I actually thought it was a cake behind the curls. Just a beautifully designed cake!
If you want to hide the dummy you can just fill the space on each layer with white chocolate shavings. I've seen this done on lots of this type of cake. Yours looks great!
OMG awesome idea.....(duh makes sense). Thankyou so much!!!
looks great! I didn't know they were dummies!

I thought it was just the cake! But even with it showing I still love this cake!
