In community album: Halloween
My second attempt at messing with decorating stuff. Didn't go as well as the first, but I figured that would happen! :-) It's a rice krispy treat, covered in MMF - I thought that keeping the top 'rough' where the fondant came together would be more realistic, but in the end it just made it look sloppy. No biggie. I also think I rolled the fondant thinner this time, making it a bit harder to handle, and making it show the RK lumps more. Fun messing with it though, I'll try to perfect it by Halloween!

I think this is perfect now! How big is this? Does the RC dry up fast doing it this way or does the MMF seal it? This is so cute!

Thanks! It's about 6-8 inches high. I used a Wilton mini fluted pan and inverted them on each other. I don't know how dry it wil be, but I'll cut it today and let you know! :-)
