I read a few times about the pin prick method. Never really understood how it worked. So i slapped on some fondant on the cake and tried it my way. I then passed an edible marker to show the drawing.

The pin-pricking method you've heard about is used when transfering a pattern on BC. For Fondant you realy wouldn't want to do that. Your design method worked well for you. Lumpy is very cute!
