Petit Fours made for a Bridal Shower. Traditional almond sponge, filled with raspberry jam, brushed with apricot glaze and covered with almond paste and poured fondant. Each about 1" square.

These are so pretty! I've tried a couple of poured fondant recipes and not liked either one. The turned out to be a clear sugary glaze. I'd love to know how you make yours. They're actually edible AND pretty.

Absolutely gorgeous! I've tried to make these about 5 or 6 times and have never been able to get my coating smooth and perfect. Especially along the sides. If you could email your recipe and steps ([email protected]) I would be very grateful. TIA
