The Seven O'clock Train
I named this "the Seven..." because I started making the cake at seven this morning and it took me seven hours to finish. It's a birthday cake for a former classmate's son. He found me thru Myspace-funny. Anyway, it's a dark chocolate version of the durable recipe from CC and has Hershey's perfect and chocolate buttercream icings w/ Chocolate MMF.
