Wilton Iii Class Cake
This is my final tiered cake. I was very stressed out due to my son's wedding taking place two days after my final class. My pillars are a bit off and the color came out too dark. I wanted a light moss but added a little too much color. Dropped it off at work for my co-workers and went home to make the rehearsal cake. This is French Vanilla with BC icing. Fondant pearls and roses, lilies are royal icing and reversed shell border. Next time I'll make sure I watch how much color I add to it.
