This cake was for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. It consisted of a double 10" and 8" devil's food cake with ganache icing. I pre-iced it with chocolate buttercream. It was my first time with ganache and I found it very easy to work with as well as being delicious. It served 30 people. We topped it with fresh autumn colored roses.
