The icing is very smooth, your shells (border) look very well spaced. The decorating matches the elegance of the flavors!

You gals know JUST what to say. Thanks! Bakerj, someone e-mailed me this photo and I saved it in a file. That's as far as my knowledge goes. Thanks again for taking time to comment!

Your flowers are awesome! They look so real. Icing is nice and smooth. Nice designs.

Oh dear, should I say? Or should I just let that slide? Hmm... the flowers ARE actually real. Is that just not done here on cc? I'm working on learning how to make beautiful flowers like you all, hope I have some success. Thank you for your sweet comments!

Of course fresh flowers are "done" here on CC, it's just that some of the bakers do make incredibly awesome gum paste flowers. Your cake is beautiful. And the chant goes up for "more photos, more photos"!

Looks and sounds yummy :D ,? did the ribbon get stained from the buttercream?
crazycakes2007 1/5/08 at 8:40am
No, but I wouldn
crazycakes2007 1/5/08 at 8:42am
No, but I wouldn't use a sheer ribbon again... it shows that the buttercream is not exactly smooth. A solid ribbon looks much better. <
