This looks really great.. What did you use to get the sides so smooth?

Thanks. I dipped an angled spatula in hot water and smoothed the sides.

Beatiful cake!! How did you do the top and bottom border?

Thank you. I used tip 2D. The bottom border is just twirls and the top was done in a criss cross motion.
