Fondant Covered Sugar Cookies

Fondant Covered Sugar Cookies on Cake Central

A couple of firsts here. First time using the Marshmallow Fondant and first time making royal icing for decorating and also first time decorating sugar cookies with these things. I think my royal icing was to stiff because I found it very hard to outline. All-in-all I think that I did a good job being the first ones. I just need to remember to practice and goooo slowwww.

Great job. For outlining cookies, thin your royal so that if you put a spoon in the bowl and lift up they royal is kind of stringy, but doesn't break.

Very pretty! The only suggestion I would make, and this is my personal preference, is that I would put an outline on them preferrably in a darker shade or black. But that's just me; I'm sure there are others who prefer them just the way you have them.
