Wasc cake with cookies n cream filling. My first stacked cake! It was going to be a three layer but had issues with middle cake so made it a 2 layer. Also my first time making a book. All buttercream with mmf accents. Used a chalkboard (new) covered for the cake board.

It turned out really cute. On thing that can help stacking, is to have very level layers.

Very impressive work! It must have been difficult doing it all in BC as opposed to fondant. Nice results
