Birthday Books
Not at all what I wanted, but had less than 2 hours...carrot cake combo birthday cake for 39 yo (hence the brew 101) and grandpa's 91st (who does nothing but read books and watch golf). The round thing on the top was actually dimpled looked like a golf ball. Although not thrilled with the cake, the picture is much worse than real life. Thanks for looking! Learned a lot on this one; not sure when I'll try it again. Comments/suggestions would be most appreciated.

I think you did fantastic on that short of notice. I have only done one book cake and I wasn't really happy with it either. I am doing a stack of 2 books on Friday and I hope they come out okay.
