This was for my sister-in-laws 30th birthday. This was the first time I used sotas to decorate a cake...I LIKE THEM! It looks alot like lace and is super easy. I added purple roses since purple is her favorite color. The cake is a buttermilk devil's food cake with the crusting buttercream icing.
