Graduation Cake For A Teacher

The girl who is graduating used to play at teachers when she was a wee girly and she called herself Miss Strict! This was asked to be written on the cake...how sweet! I liked doing this one. Made me think of playing teachers when I was wee....hang on...I'm STILL wee! hahahaha (translation: "wee" means "little"...I keep forgetting I am in the minority of Scots people here! :o)

I am only one generation removed Aine, my mother was a McKenzie. So I know the expression "wee." This is the sweetest cake and I love the story behind it.
