1/4 sheet vanilla ck with vanilla bc frosting. Seashells and starfish are candy melts, dusted with super pearl dust. LOVE that stuff! The "sand" is graham cracker crumbs.

I used orchid candy melts to make the coral. Free-handed it. Then, I dusted them over and over with super pearl dust and orchid dust.
