Another fun idea from the inspirational bakers here at cake central! My daughter's school implemented a new "healthier" nutrition policy. So instead of traditional cupcakes for her birthday... she brought in "hamburgers!" Happy Baking~!

Very cute! I make the McDonald's hamburger cookies on occasion, but this is a fun intepretation to cake, which I like better!!

you MUST post the instructions these are too cute.........I'm thinking they'd be great for a barbecue in the summer time!!! Are they basically vanilla cupcakes cut in two with the icing on the inside???

Thanks for the great feedback everyone!! I love knowing that there are other cake nuts out there!!! To make these I use the XL cupcake tins. Vanilla cake cut in three actually bc U really dont want a thick "bun". The chocolate cupcakes were also the XL and were cut into three as well but U will only need 1 per "burger" the rse is as you see with buttercream. The "mayo on the bottom is key to connect the parts! I thought yellow "mustard" would be cute too! Have a blast y'all!
