this is great. Did the bride know what she wanted or did she tell you do whatever you think is best? How long did this take you and how did you do the bows on each mini cake?

Thanks so much for the compliments, ryansmama, we were undercharging terribly and now have gone up to $4.75 a mini. We will see how that works out, I definitely don't want to charge so little that everyone chooses them:), Harmonhouseofraymond, originally the bride wanted the coral color for 50 minis and the brown for 50 and then coral and brown bows on minis. It took over 10 hrs. from start to finish for decorating (see comment furthur up in comments for process). I have a bow cutter in different sizes from PME I think. I got it from Beryls.com.

:D this is just too adorable. Think of all the wonderful colours one could utilize for their event. Thanks so much for the feedback, much appreciated :) bubblywhitewine, lets just say it took FOREVER:) to do these minis. I would say it easily took me 10 hours from start to finish for all 100 minis. I simple syrup and fill them, then freeze for a few, then I buttercream them and freeze them again, and then I cover them in fondant and do the detail work. These are 2 x 2 in sq. Stephaniescakesnj, I used regular fondant to cover them; Neeron, the beeding was Royal Icing colored dark brown.
