Monogrammed Wedding Cake
What a cake! Made from a picture the bride tore out of a magazine - I'm sorry I have no idea who made the original, but they deserve the credit. I made hundreds of fondant flowers beforehand, as well as the 'plaques' for the monograms. Cakes were: 6"x4", 9"x6", 10"x3" and 14"x3". Yellow butter cake with strawberry filling, golden ivory buttercream with white buttercream piping, fondant flowers and swags, gumpaste plaques with wine monograms.

This is a breathtaking cake - just gorgeous. I love the contrast of the soft yellow against the deep red rose petals - great presentation.
