Fisherman Cake
I was so burned out after doing (6) cakes previous to this one, that I had no idea what do do for this cake, it was for a friends fathers b-day, and he loves fishing, so this is what I came up with the day of, I just winged and hoped for the best, turns out this is one of my favourite cakes!!! It is choc cake with choc BC and the waves and just BC with some piping gel added and swirled up with my spatula!!!

Thanks for the wonderful compliments - the writing is a letters from the wilton press set in italics, I just use it without the bar that the letters are supposed to slide into!!

I happened to come across it at Bulk Barn, it is a wilton topper!! I bought cause I thought I may use it one day, good thing I did!!!
