Wilton Level 2 Final

No imagination here, basically just copied the cake from the front of the course book. Tried a color flow butterfly but I wasn't happy with the result so I didn't use it. This part turned out ok though I think. The basketweave isn't right, but we all just followed the instructions from the instructor and didn't realize it was wrong until we were halfway through so we just kept going. Bummer.

Thanks so much everyone. Yes azlorri, they are all Royal flowers...though I didn't use the "Wilton way" for the daisy. Maybe I wasn't doing it right, but I just didn't like their direction and the results so I just used a plain round tip with the daisy template and then flattened out the petals with my fingers. I think they're much more cute...more like a "groovy girl" daisy. Thanks again! Good luck with your cakes guys.

Great job...wonderful flowers..just completed mine on Monday night. I don't like my colour flow bird that much but I loved the cake...saw your others and they are really nice too!

Those are AMAZING flowers. Were they really made with Royal?!? (I'm doing my course II final tonight and they don't look anything like yours!).
