Bee Hive Cake
A wonder mold pan and 2 8"round cakes made the shape. Inspired by Debbie Brown's Party Cake but client requested the cake not to be covered in fondant. Buttercream was piped using a tip 12 to resemble honeycomb. Bees and flowers were made of fondant. Cake was part lemon and part orange. Bid hit with a gardening group.
super cute! I'm adding it to my favorites.
adding it to my fav pics also......bees are one of the "mascots" at my job - they would love this one!
