Thanks to alengirl & kittiskakes for their help & inspiration. This was a B-day cake for my husband who is from Pittsburgh and LOVES the Steelers. The side decorations are all choc. transfers. The middle layer is pineapple cake w/ cream cheese frosting & pineapple cream cheese filling (YUM!) and the bottom is choc. ghiradelli w/ ganache filling & hershey syrup buttercream. YUM!!! I know where I could improve - but this is the biggest cake I've made and I think it turned out pretty good! Hope you like it :)
