Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. I made the flower arrangement myself with silk flowers... next time I'm just icing the flowers on the cake, this was too much trouble, but I was having difficulty making flowers with icing that had as much coloring in it as this shade of purple needed. I'll get it eventually, but roses intimidate me.
