White Chocolate With Cherubs
Almost my disaster cake. Six tiers of choc cake with choc mousse, white choc ganache and decorated with choc roses, cherubs, hearts and drapes. Hubby delivered - very hot day - delivered another cake before this one and as he was getting back into car thought he would check it. The whole cake had slid partially off the cake board. Luckily it was frozen for delivery and with the help of the venue manager they managed to push it back and fill in any gaps.
