Thanks dylansmommy. The tassel is made with gumpaste that was pushed through an extruder. I got the extruder from Michaels in the clay section. The base of the had is made from a 4 inch cake carved to shape and the top to the hat is a square cut out of gumpaste that was dried then placed on top.
