Angel food cake with cardboard circle over hole. Frosted with diabetic frosting recipe from this site. Colors in picture are bad. It was cream colored with brown & pink accents. The diabetic frosting is difficult to pipe. Had to switch tips for the writing. Design inspired by this site--Thanks!
