This is the cake I made for my Gramma's birthday last weekend. She loves chocolate, so the cake is a chocolate sour cream marble with chocolate buttercream filling all frosted in vanilla buttercream. I used an impression mat on the sides (first time) and this was my first time doing a square cake!!
