Been known for my cute/silly cakes & numerous cupcakes, I wanted to show off my more sophisticated side!! Co-worker was turning 30,so I wanted a "black and white" cake and came up w/this. Dark chocolate and white cake-checkered-inside (3 layers), white frosting&MMF found on this site-both flavored with peppermint!I used store-bought dipping chocolate for "drizzle" & strawberries (didn't know about ganache)cake was a HIT! Also of fun to make, too, although the MMF was very difficult to work with.
