Sleeping "lazy" Beauty

Sleeping "lazy" Beauty on Cake Central

Cake designed for a co-workers sister. When asked what her sister liked, she said "Sleeping"! So I figured why not replicate her in bed. All items were made of fondant, including rug and lamp. Decadent chocolate cake filled with hazelnut buttercream filling sealed with rolled chocolate fondant.

I buy it from Bakels mostly, but this was a Satinice sample, Dark chocolate and it is very delicious and easy to use.

The bed was cake dressed up to look like a bed. I inserted toothpicks in the bed frame and stuck it in the cake.

I normally use Bakes "pettinice"...I like it more than SatinIce. it's easier to buy pre-made...takes too much time and effort...and my wrists don't agree with it either.
