Faux Fondant Cake on Cake Central

6" sample cake for a wedding consultation. Top layer is baked in contoured shaped pan. Iced in Italain meringue buttercream to acheive a faux fonadant look. Roses are gumpaste.

Seeing this picture has convinced me to try the IMBC soon. It really is sooooooooo smooth!! GORGEOUS roses!!!

Thank you. Oh good, I am always happy to try and convert someone to IMBC because it tastes so much better than powdered sugar/crisco icing and it goes on so smoothly.
