I made this cake for cousin's bridal shower. 8 inch white cake and 12 inch red velvet cake. I used crusting cream cheese icing and torted the layers. It was my first time to tort, and I guess I did okay with it. I had a difficult time getting the icing smooth around the layers. I prefer buttercream to cream cheese any day!
