Made this cake for my girlfriend Melissa's B-day. She's not crazy about very sweet cakes, this combo turned out perfectly. Six layer chocolate cake, cannoli cream filling with pistachio and candied fruit, covered in whipped cream, topped with fresh fruit and white chocolate decorations.
