Waikato's Winter Wonderland
This was for a competition in a local show. Just found out I won!!! Theme was same as the above title...fyi it doesn't snow in Waikato, NZ. All you get is bare trees and lots of fog, so that's what I did!! It's fruit cake (4 layers) with fondant and RI trees. Choc coffee beans at base.
