I have seen cakes like the one on your second tier, but I can't find out for the life of me how it's done. I see you entered this awhile back, but please give me an e-mail to explain this it's just gorgeous.

I love your cake!!!! It belongs in a magazine!!!! Would you please be kind enough to pm me on HOW you did those chocolate wraps??? I don't get how they don't break PLUS the design on the secong teir - just love it!!!! If you could please share it wou;d be great!!!!!!

The wraps are made by tempering chocolate and spreading it onto an acetate sheet - to get the ragged top I just use a pastry brush and brush the top of the chocolate while it is still soft on the acetate. When the chocolate starts to set you wrap around your cake and leave to set. For the middle tier I used a chocolate transfer sheet.

This is flawless. For the chocolate did you use white chocolate and added strawberry to it before you did the transfer sheets?
