This cake I made for a litlte girls first birthday. It is a chocolate cake filled with raspberry mousse and covered in 50/50 marzipan/sugarpaste.

Very cute! could you tell me what you baked it in? a bowl?
Merissa, I don't have such a big ovenproof bowl, so I just baked a regular round 26 cm. chocolatecake and diveded it into 3. Then I lined a bowl whit alu-foil and assembleded the cake (I cut some of they cake in triangular pieces) in the bowl.
