This was the first wedding cake I decorated. It was a bit of a mess. It was done for a friend who is a chef and wanted to make and decorate his own wedding cake. Two days before the wedding, cake made, he came to his senses and asked me to decorate it. It was crumbly and uneven, and a real challenge but they were thrilled with the result!

It was covered in MMF with MMF and gumpaste decorations and fresh gerbera daisies.
