This was my final project for a Culinary Arts cake decorating course. My inspiration was from several cakes I found on this web site. The final exam required several different types of tips, colors, and techniques. I didn't get the best of grades on it, the Chef thought the colors were too bold (actually I thought so too, but had very little time to complete the cake). The bunnies are royal icing colorflow technique, the rest is buttercream.
