Princess Cupcakes
Mini Wonder Mold Pan only filled 1/3 way w/ batter to produce smaller molds. Fondant head, body, skirt, crown & flowers - all else buttercream. Eyes were painted on w/black food coloring and I was trying to copy eyes that I saw on here and at 2 am one should not paint eyes. :) The next day I was not liking them as much. Need a finer paint brush. Princesses also look like drag queens to me as well. lol........ smaller nose and different mouth next time. :)
Theser are wonderful! Is there support inside their necks?
Thank you! And yes, Keira, there is support in the neck. There is a toothpick in the head and running through the body and into the cake.
Wonderful work. Have you covered the cupcakes before covering with the blue sugarpaste (skirt) ?
Thank you! The mini mold pan cupcakes are iced w/butter cream icing then covered with the fondant skirts.
