Those are awesome. My cookies never turn out that good of shape, they always puff too much while baking. They taste really good though! Can I put an order in now? :-)
Mariamom, your to funny. The reason they puff is probably because their not cold enough. If you refrigerate overnight, then don't let your dough sit out, then don't reroll more than once, it will solve your problem.
