Flower Garden Cake

This cake was a nightmare! I was told "she likes the colour green, and flower gardens". I didn't have the right size pans, my foamcore board was not strong enough (should've listened to my hubby!) and my icing cracked, had to do the writing THREE times....So glad it is finally out of my hair - at least I know it will taste good!

wow, now THAT is a garden cake!! I love the basketweave and trellis...sorry you had problems with writing...I hate writing as well! It's still beautiful!

It is absolutely gorgeous though!!! To look at it you would never guess that you had so much trouble with it. I've had nightmares too, so I know what you're talking about. You did a great job!!!

Sorry it gave you so many problems! But with all that it came out looking great! The basketweave, the border and how pretty and neat your garden and incription box - every element looks fantastic and professionally done!
