Vanilla bean cake, Decorated with rolled store bought fondant. I have to say I like MMF much better! I was just in a bind. Syringe made from fonadant and pills are candy dipped in royal icing. Weirdest cake I've ever made!

Thanks for the comments! This cake was such a bizzar request. My brother works at a psychiatric hospital and thought it would be fun to give to a co worker.
