I hate the cars in the background. I'm gonna have to find a professional to photoshop the background. The silver swags came from a craft store and each swag was attached with royal icing. I practiced about an hour before I attempted this and I used a large shortening container to figure out the folds. I don't know if I will ever attempt this cake again but it was a learning experience for sure.

yea, that doesn't look like that was easy at all. Your hard work sure paid off though, what a lovely cake. I love how it matches the fabric that is around it. Very well done. It's just flawless.

Wonderful Cake! Awesome!!! Hope you won't mind but at times I have extra fondant and will use this idea to make these lovely folds with it!!

What did you make the initials out of. My daughter loves this cake and is getting married in April so I can practice.
