What beautiful leaves. The cake is very attractive.
how did you get that chocolate all the way around your cake like that...is it a chocolate transfer sheet?
I cut a strip of parchmt paper and spread melted chocolate on it. Then wrapped it around the cake. Pressed slightly to give it a 'wavy' look. thanks for the compliments!
I really like the look of BOTH types of leaves on the chocolate.The vein pattern is very pronounced, did you use spearmint leaves?
Used mint leaves from my herb garden. I prefer to use mint as the veins are very pronounced.
