Charlies 21St Cake
My first stacked cake, and attempt at a castle. the paste broke a little on one tier, and i ran out of time to redo it. top and bottom tiers sponge with jam/buttercream filling middle tier chocolate. took a lot longer than i thought. made for daughter's 21st birthday on tuesday
