This was a cake celebrating a young girl, I think it was a 21st birthday, or a 13th birthday..lol, all I remember is I made a rose for every year and the butterfly represented her.

I always liked making air drying buttercream roses. Whenever I had any down time, that's what I used to do, now..I'm on Cake Central..lol

nothing out of the world..I use the other rose tip, the one that looks like a soft "S" let them air dry and then with a little corn starch or 10x on your finger, move the petals around
