My First Fondant Cake
The traditional gift cake from Course III. I was the only one that marbled my fondant and when everyone else in class saw it they were mad that they didn't do it. My ribbon tails were a little cracked because I insisted on using homemade fondant because you can actually EAT it. It's so much harder to work with though. Not as good as MMF even.

This looks just wonderful! When I took the classes five years ago, Wilton was just getting into fondant and we did one cake covered in fondant. Everyone in the class covered their cakes in marbled fondant. I guess it was easier like that than getting an even color. lol!
