Done for a co-workers baby shower. It's kind of a combination of two of Wilton's cakes. I did the parts from each I liked the best. So much fun piping the animals! Pretty funny that I'm just learning piping in my 3rd Wilton class tonight. Guess I'm ahead of the curve ;) Bottom layer was chocolate (enhanced box) with cookies-n-cream filling and (very blue) buttercream. The top layer was scratch banana with chocolate chips and chocolate cream cheese icing. YUM!!
