Spiderman (Quasim's 4Th Birthday)
For my grandson's 4th b/d on the 15th. I was so disappointed with this cake. It was suppose to be covered with blue fondant and made to look like a brick wall...fondant wouldn't act right. Then, I was going to do some buildings and the Bugle Office and webbing on a dummy 10" but when I tried to melt the candy in microwave, they wouldn't melt. Nothing went right with this cake. I wanted to make his cake really special and failed (cry); but he was really excited and that made me feel a little better.
I think it turned out great anyway. As long as he was happy that is all that matters.

Forgot to add that Spidy is a FBCT and I couldn't smooth him, for some reason Spidy wouldn't crust. Thanks bug101 and kpetcov.
