Bottom layers are french vanilla with cream cheese filling and Doll skirt is strawberry, Decorator's Cream Cheese Butter Cream Frosting. 1st stacked cake, 1st time to use dowells, 1st time to make and use BC, 1st time to decorate a cake using pipping. So much fun and learned so much. I made her for my cousin's bridal shower, I'm her matron of honor, it was a lot to plan the party, cook for it and do the cake, but so worth it to see her face.
