THis is my first castle cake. Cakes are 12 in choc/white marble with white chocolate, chocolate chip buttercream and top layer is 6 in choc with choc baviarian cream filling. Pillars are bottom ice cream cone with cake in it, and top is sugar cone covered in candy melts. Princess is made with fondant/gumpaste mix. Had alot of trouble with this cake, home birthday girl likes it.
